News Releases (Jan. 1980-Apr.1988)

The hundreds of news releases and articles sent out by Medical Center News and Information during the 1980's help document that portion of the history of health care in eastern North Carolina. Subjects include biographies of new doctors and staff, politics, health issues, new technology and regional medical growth. Also in these files are photocopies of articles relevant to health care published outside of the medical center. (10.23-33)
