Call for Proposals

The Call for Proposals is now closed.

Our 2017 conference theme is Being Data-Informed: Taking Control and Connecting Users to Content. As libraries work to become more efficient, remain relevant, and add value, we must evolve our practices to meet the needs of users in a global context. Data is key not only to informing decision making and guiding the evolution of workflows, but also to transforming how we support the organization and discovery of resources. Come share and connect at the NC Serials Conference to explore the benefits of being data-informed, as well as challenges in and solutions for gathering data and understanding the relationships among interrelated datasets. We look forward to connecting you to the information future!

Proposals may address any aspect of the serials industry or serials management and may be submitted by any member of the serials profession including publishers, vendors, librarians, staff, and students.

Please note: Presenters' registration expenses will be waived.

The Planning Committee will review all proposals for their content, timeliness, relevance, and fit with the overall Conference content. The Committee reserves the right to refocus or combine proposals as needed (with notice) to reach a diverse audience and to maximize use of program time slots.
